This notice explains what Devotion Systems Corp. collects through the LocalityUnion website and the product, why we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If your holding has a signed agreement, that agreement controls the subscription wherever it is more specific.
01Who this covers
Devotion Systems Corp. operates LocalityUnion. This notice covers two places: this website, and the product workspace for a holding, its localities, and the people who sign in.
02This website
If you request a demonstration, the form collects your full name, email, phone number, when you can talk (morning, afternoon, or night), and notes about your business and what you need. We use that to contact you and to decide whether a demonstration fits.
The form only sends a request. It does not create an account or start billing. A demo account is opened with you so you can try the platform for 15 days, with support and guidance. If it meets your expectations, you can contract the service. If not, we delete that demo account and the data attached to it. We do not sell this information.
A separate box asks if you want news and offers. It is optional. Leaving it unchecked does not block the request. If you check it, we may email you news and offers. You can ask us to stop.
03The product
When a holding is active, the workspace stores what your team enters to run the business: localities, branches, people and roles, sales, expenses, payroll, cash, inventory, receipts you upload, and the questions you ask Danny. That operational data belongs to the holding. We process it to provide the service, keep one holding separate from another, and support the account.
Danny, when you use it, answers from that holding’s live data. It is not a source of outside records about your people or your customers.
04Why we use it
We use information to operate the site and the product, answer a demo, sign people in, apply the roles you set, keep a record of what the holding entered, and meet a legal duty. We do not use one holding’s operational data to advertise to another customer.
05Who can see it
Inside a holding, a person sees what their role allows, and only the localities that role includes. On our side, staff and the providers that host the service can access information only as needed to run it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to stop abuse or a security incident. We do not sell personal information.
06How long we keep it
The demonstration request (name, email, phone, availability, and notes) stays long enough to follow up, and is deleted or reduced when it is no longer needed for that purpose. If a demo account is opened and you do not contract after the 15 days, we delete that account and the data attached to it. Product data for a contracted holding stays while the holding is active, and afterward for the period the agreement or the law requires. You can ask for an export or for deletion, except for records we must keep.
07Security
Holdings are separated, and access follows the role the holding assigns. No method of storage or transmission is perfect. If we confirm a breach that affects a holding’s data, we will tell that holding as the law requires.
08Your requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to export the holding’s data. Most operational records can also be corrected inside the product by someone with the right role. Send the request through the demo on this site and say it is a privacy question, so it reaches Devotion Systems Corp. We may need to confirm that you may speak for that holding.
09Team and payroll data
If you enter data about your team, including payroll, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for telling them what the holding requires. We process that data on the holding’s instructions, to provide the service.
10Children
LocalityUnion is for business owners and their teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11Cookies and this site
This marketing site does not run advertising trackers. The product keeps a session so a signed-in user stays signed in. The language of this site is the page address you open, not a profile we sell.
12Changes and contact
When the practice changes, we update this page. The date at the top is the latest version. Privacy questions go to Devotion Systems Corp., the company behind LocalityUnion, through the demo request on this site.
