Payroll for each business
Payroll breaks when every business’s hours land in one sheet. In LocalityUnion the week belongs to the business. If that business has several branches, payroll is still one run: the business’s run.
The week stays on the business
You generate the run for that business’s week, review the lines, and keep deductions on the run. A paid week stays auditable without opening another business’s history to explain it.
Labor is usually the largest cost. Seeing it by business, in the same week the sales were closed, is the point of keeping payroll inside the same workspace.
The group can still see the cost
Each run belongs to one business. The holding can look across businesses and see where payroll moved, without adding the weeks together by hand.
Access follows the role. Someone who runs one business does not need the other businesses’ pay detail.
What this payroll is
It is the operational run: the week, the people, the deductions, and the record of what was paid. It is not a tax-filing service and it does not replace your payroll accountant. It also does not split the week by branch.
On the demonstration we use your businesses and a week you recognize, so you can tell whether this is the payroll record you need.
We show you the platform to see if it solves what you need. If you need it, you try it for 15 days, with support and guidance. If it does not meet your expectations, we delete the demo account and its data.
