Software for several restaurants
Each restaurant in the group is a business. Each place that restaurant operates is a branch. LocalityUnion is the workspace for the close: sales by branch, and payroll, cash, and purchasing for the business.
Each restaurant closes the day
The branch records the day’s sales with a restaurant’s fields. Those sales stay on its business. A second restaurant is another business, with its own day, not a copy of the first file renamed.
The group total is the sum of those closes. You can still open one restaurant when the question is about that business.
Payroll for the business, purchasing, and cash
The payroll week belongs to the restaurant, not to each branch. Purchasing and stock show what that business ordered and what arrived before the week’s cost is a surprise. Cash and expenses stay on the business that spent the money.
A central kitchen can sit in the same holding as the restaurants it supplies. The kitchen is another business, with its own close.
Not a point of sale
This does not take tables, tickets, or the guest’s card. Those systems can keep doing that work. This is the record the owner uses to see whether each restaurant, and the group, is healthy this week.
The other businesses in the same holding do not have to be restaurants. A café, a workshop, or a rental desk can use the same workspace.
We show you the platform to see if it solves what you need. If you need it, you try it for 15 days, with support and guidance. If it does not meet your expectations, we delete the demo account and its data.
