How to control sales across your businesses

Controlling sales means each branch closes the day, and that close stays on its business. The holding total is not a spreadsheet someone rebuilds on Sunday. In LocalityUnion the revenue stays on the business and on the branch that sold.

One close, with that business’s fields

A café, a restaurant, a workshop, and a rental desk do not record the same ticket. The close still has to be comparable. Each business uses its own fields: channels, adjustments, and the amount for that day. If it has several branches, each one closes its own.

The group number is the sum of real closes. It is not a second set of figures typed into another file.

See one business or the group

Someone who runs a business can stay there and see its branches. The owner opens the holding and sees which business moved, while the week is still open.

Receipts stay with the day and with the branch. A question about Tuesday is a question about Tuesday at that place.

What this is not

This is not a point of sale and it does not take the guest’s payment. It is the daily sales record the holding uses after the floor has done its work.

If the sales you need to control are the close of your businesses and their branches, that is the view we show you before any trial starts.

We show you the platform to see if it solves what you need. If you need it, you try it for 15 days, with support and guidance. If it does not meet your expectations, we delete the demo account and its data.
